Shipping

All Bennet Loveday items are made by hand in our studio in Brighton, United Kingdom. Due to the handmade nature of each piece please allow up to 30 days for your order to be dispatched.

You will be provided a tracking reference number via email on confirmation of dispatch. Please note that Bennet Loveday is not responsible for delays or loss of parcels once dispatched.

UK Delivery

All our UK parcels are delivered via Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed service. Once your items are made and ready to dispatch we aim to have them to you by the next working day (excluding Sundays).

We offer Free Delivery within the UK.

EU Delivery

All parcels being delivered inside the EU are sent via DPD. Once your items are made and ready to dispatch we aim to have all standard EU shipment's delivered in 3 working days from shipping date. 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders Over £750 within the EU

Shipping £50 (DPD)

Rest of World

All parcels being sent internationally are sent via DPD. Once your items are made and ready to dispatch we aim to have all international shipments in 3 - 5 working days from shipping date.

Customs and Duties

Please note that recipients of items dispatched out-with the UK will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees as well as any other charges accrued.  Bennet Loveday operates on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis and wish to make clients aware that external forces such as weather and customs may delay the receipt of items.  The client is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure items are cleared.

Receipt

Please be aware that all items will need to be signed for.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are there to sign for delivery of the goods and have supplied a correct and complete delivery address. Once the goods have passed to the required delivery service, we (Bennet Loveday) cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or damages.

Please note in all circumstances and for returns the first attempted delivery date will be counted as the date the items were received.
